Set in an alternate Old West, Inferno's is a world very similar to Earth, with a few notable exceptions. The first being that supernatural forces are categorically quantifiable and observable. The second being that said supernatural forces like to congregate around Axes, founts of occult energy that act as volcanoes; while they create unusually fertile land, they're also prone to eruption, taking out settlements and chunks of the land when they do. Here, vampires, werewolves, and the undead are very much factors.
